This 2 day course is for those who wish to deliver paddle sport tasters and starter sessions within clubs and centres. The qualification is not discipline specific and is suitable for instructors who wish to work with any type of paddler.

The primary role of a paddle sport Instructor is to deliver a safe and enjoyable sessions based on the group's needs. The qualification will cover kitting up a group, getting them afloat, initial familiarisation activities, games & activities to support learning and mini journeys to inspire new paddlers.

- British Canoeing Paddlesport Safety and Rescue or FSRT
