Keymer House short stays

A true beachfront accommodation - set 5 metres back from the sea, this is the perfect spot for families & groups alike. It has recently benefited from a beautiful downstairs refurbishment, which means up to 17 people can enjoy this fresh, cosy, beachfront accommodation.
One bedroom on the ground floor, 5 on first floor, all enjoy sea views with a mix of bunkbeds and single beds.
The centre offers a range of activities and we are a short drive from all New Forest attractions.

The space
Keymer House has recently benefited from a full downstairs refurbishment. A lounge with TV and comfy seating for up to 17. A large dining room for those evening get togethers, with a table to fit 17.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
One bedroom downstairs, with a safe for valuables.
5 bedrooms upstairs, all are dorm style with a mix of bunk & single beds. Bedrooms are basic, but comfy all with a gorgeous sea view.
There are two shower rooms with toilets and a separate toilet.
We supply bedding, but not towels.

Other things to note
Parking charges - Keymer House is situated within the boundaries of Calshot Activities Centre which has an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) parking system with barriers to enter / exit the site.
The accommodation fee includes parking in the main car park for up to four vehicles. Additional vehicles will need to pay the daily site parking fees of £8.00 per day per vehicle.
One dog per booking is permitted within the accommodation, however we don’t accept dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act, even if they are muzzled. Dogs should not be left unattended in the accommodation, and must not be allowed on furniture or bedding.
Dogs must be kept on lead in outside areas of the site.

Calshot Activities Centre site
We welcome guests and visitors to our site for a range of leisure activities. We ask everyone to be respectful of other users and adhere to our Site Rules.
